Wenjin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA), and Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP). She also a Certified Practising Speech-Pathologist (CPSP), and a Master of Speech Pathology and is dedicated to delivering holistic, evidence-based support to individuals across communication and behavioural needs.

Christie is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP), with a strong professional background in early intervention and over nine years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental delays. Throughout her career, Christie has worked extensively with children and families in early intervention settings, supporting the development of communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioural skills. She is passionate about using evidence-based, person-centred approaches to understand the function of behaviour and develop practical strategies that can be meaningfully incorporated into everyday life.

Natasha Cunningham, Occupational therapy assistant

Natasha has always had a strong passion for working with children and young people. Over the past six years, she has gained valuable experience supporting individuals across a range of settings, including mainstream childcare, youth work, and disability support. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and is passionate about helping people build their skills, confidence, and independence so they can participate more fully in everyday life and reach their potential. Natasha brings a warm, patient, and supportive approach to her work and enjoys building positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
